You have three documents. The person waiting needs one file. That gap — between what you have and what you need to send — is what this is for. No software, no watermarks, no subscription wall before you can do anything useful. PDF merging is part of Seedr V2's document tools — available directly in your cloud, from any device.

When you actually need this

One file is easier to send, easier to open, and harder to lose than six. The situations where this comes up most:

  • A visa application where your ID, bank statement, and proof of address all need to arrive as one package
  • A job application where the CV, cover letter, and certificates should be one attachment, not three
  • A client proposal where the brief, quote, and terms are separate files that belong together
  • Monthly admin where receipts and invoices filed together are far easier to find in six months than a folder of individual documents with confusing names

How to merge in Seedr V2

Open Seedr V2 and click the + button in the top right of your file manager. From the menu that appears, select Merge & Scan Docs. The Create Document dialog opens — from there:

  1. Click Add to include files already in your Seedr cloud, Upload to bring in files from your device, or Scan to add scanned pages directly
  2. Add all the PDFs or images you want to combine
  3. Name the output file at the bottom of the dialog
  4. Click Create

Seedr merges everything into one PDF and saves it straight to your cloud. Save it straight away or leave it there — it will be accessible from any device whenever you need it.

What you can merge

The dialog accepts PDFs, images, and scanned pages — so you are not limited to combining PDF files only. A mix of a scanned ID, a JPG photo, and a PDF contract can all go into one clean document. This is particularly useful for application sets where documents arrive in different formats and need to become one coherent file.

What is different here

Most free merge tools online watermark your file, cap the size so your real documents do not fit, or make you create an account before you can touch anything. Seedr does none of that. The merged file stays in your cloud, private and accessible, without you needing to save it immediately or manage it locally.

If you regularly work with large documents — multi-page contracts, full application sets, detailed reports — Seedr's Premium plans handle larger file sizes without the caps that free tools impose.

And because Seedr V2 handles documents, video, audio, and archives in the same place, you are not juggling different tools depending on what you need to do next.

That is it. Multiple files in, one clean PDF out.
