Trusted Notifier Program

Verified rights-holders and authorized agents may apply for fast-lane processing of takedown notices. The program supports bulk submissions, priority review, and a dedicated point of contact.
Eligibility
The program is open to:
- Copyright owners and trademark owners with documented rights;
- Law firms representing rights-holders, with attestation of authority on counsel letterhead;
- Anti-piracy and content protection agencies acting on behalf of identified rights-holders, with a representation agreement or equivalent verification.
Benefits
- Bulk submission via spreadsheet or structured format (CSV / JSON);
- Priority queue with a target response within 24 hours of receipt of a complete notice;
- Single point of contact for ongoing case correspondence;
- Quarterly review meetings on request, where volume justifies;
- Standing repeat-infringer enforcement: validated notices feed our internal strike-counter, contributing to account suspension or termination per our Acceptable Use Policy.
How to Apply
To apply, contact us at trusted-notifier@seedr.cc with the following information:
- Organization name and business registration details;
- Scope of rights represented (catalog, brands, or specific titles where applicable);
- Verification documents (counsel letter, agency representation contract, or comparable evidence of authority);
- Proposed primary contact for ongoing correspondence;
- Anticipated submission volume, if known.
Approved notifiers receive a confirmation email and instructions for bulk submission.
Standard Notices
Rights-holders not enrolled in the Trusted Notifier Program may continue to submit notices through the channels described in our Copyright Policy. Standard notices are processed under our normal review procedures.
Misuse
Trusted Notifier status is contingent on the accuracy and good faith of submitted notices. Repeated submission of materially inaccurate or abusive notices, including notices submitted in conflict with 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), may result in suspension or removal from the program. Seedr reserves the right to require re-verification at any time.
